Self-love and self-acceptance are at the foundation of having a good relationship with others. Having a good relationship with yourself sets the tone for every other relationship in your life. Self-love is not a destination, but a practice we institute in our life. This can be very difficult. But, at the end of the day; the more you practice self-love, the stronger message you send to yourself that you deserve it. This is a journey that takes dedication and practice. It is not vain or selfish to love yourself or make your happiness a priority.
