This past weekend, my husband and I moved from our townhouse into a single family home. As I was packing, it seemed as though my possessions kept multiplying. They were never ending. Now that I am unpacking, I am truly realizing how much excess I have and I am overwhelmed by the task of trying to organize it all... Does a family of two really need 25+ water bottles!?
Physical possessions are just one small example of how I tend to hold onto things and let them overwhelm me. This move has been very eye-opening and I have realized that it is important to simplify my life and be okay with doing what I can at a comfortable pace.
